A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have always been a person who felt dedicated to helping others heal and live their best lives. This draw has never been singled out to a certain species.​
​
My first career led me to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. The passion for my job and my patients was strong, but the stress directed me towards exploring even more additional healing routes for myself.
​
I discovered that the more I helped myself, the more I would be able to help others. As I learned techniques of how to heal, I craved to expand this with everyone else as well.
​
Trauma, stress, and illness were becoming more apparent in every human and creature that I saw. I knew that there must be a way to balance everyone's wellbeing and prevent certain energy from spilling over between us all.
​
There are often many layers to be curious about in our healing journeys. Reiki is a beautiful tool that is beneficial to everything and everyone. Every session is different and catered to what is needed the most. I can't wait to share my practices with you.

SERVICES
Personal Reiki Session
Reiki is a beautiful form of universal energy healing.
In a session, you can expect to have a brief introduction followed by a relaxing healing experience.
​
I may use scents, crystals and pendulums to assist our session. My hands may be on or off your body at various times with your permission. Distance sessions are also available.
The energy in your body will be guided to return to its more natural healing state.
​
I am open to integrating future sessions with my skills in hypnotherapy to also aid the body with an added subconscious approach.
​
Joined Session
Animals are more aware of our own energies than we think. Sometimes, their behaviour can change based on what we are experiencing or what they have dealt with from people in the past.
​
The approach of relaxing both you and your animal is extremely beneficial since you will both be on a more balanced level to support each other.
​
This is a great way to build more trust and connection. Circumstances like new pets, behavioural issues or overlapping problems can be addressed.
​
You will each take a turn getting treatment and relaxing in the others presence.
Animal Reiki Session
Energy work with animals is based on comfort and trust. Because of this, the session may be performed without touching or at a distance.
Your companion will need to give permission for the session in their own way. These sessions are often shorter than with people.
​
Animals experience their own anxieties and illnesses. Reiki is an amazing way to let your pet feel relaxed enough for their body to address whatever it needs to do. Energy flows where it is needed the most so the practitioner does not have to be told the exact problem.

Euthanasia Support
​
​
If you have made the difficult decision to euthanize your pet, there may be many things to consider. Sometimes taking your pet for this appointment creates an emotional, stressful environment in itself.
Incorporating a Reiki treatment throughout the process of their passing is a beautiful last gift of support to your companion.
As a Registered Veterinary Technologist, I have the advantage of being able to comfortably work with clinics such as Careport Animal Hospital.
All sessions are different. Some people and animals prefer a hands-on physical touch approach while others enjoy distance.
